PJCBG Garden CamThe Pattern Garden is now transitioning into summer plantings. Watch over the coming weeks as we install the irrigation system, and then plant the summer season plantings. In the background, do take note that we have started construction of our visitor center and horticulture center buildings, with the earthmoving that is occurring representing the digging of our basement. Please come visit the Garden when you have time. Everyone is encouraged to take a stroll along the Perennial Border to view colors and textures of over 200 different herbaceous perennials, grasses, shrubs and vines. You can see the planting of the Perennial Border on our Garden Cam Favorites. See you in the garden! PJCBG is a non-smoking facility. Please, no pets are allowed. (Updated June 9, 2009) |

Friends of PJCBGBecome a member of the Friends of the Garden and help support the ongoing development of a fabulous new botanical garden serving the Piedmont Triad area, the whole of North Carolina, and beyond! Over the past year great progress has occurred in the Garden's construction, planning, and planting. Stay tuned over the coming months for many more exciting things to be developing. Since our inception, PJCBG has received support not only from Kernersville but also from individuals and organizations in our surrounding communities and states. Development of Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden would not be possible without the dedicated support of our Friends. YOU can also become a part of this project by becoming a member. We welcome you at any level! |
